What I suggest if you have a large list of friends, send out about 50 or so e-mails over the next few days to stay in touch, make it personal or keep it general. Just as texting is the new, “hi, how are things kind of call” a quick e-mail update, even if not personal is a way to stay connected.

Before I go on now to tell you that I am not truly planning on discussing the second topic (at least not right here and not right now) other than the fact I just love the way the phrase sounds, and realize it kind of more sounds like astrology than philosophy. Also; while choosing three things to discuss and then introducing them, then providing details and then concluding how they are indeed significant, may be an accepted style in the writing of various articles, it is not a particular style which is well suited to the creative process I employ, when I write."

I have been aware of the quote below for I would say a little over three years now. Although I grabbed it from an unlikely source, a forum on oil and other business markets trading, the quote is attributed to Leonard Ravenhill ( a member if the clergy).
A fellow I knew as a strong acquaintance was killed last night in tragic hit and run. The Rabbi who delivered the eulogy talked about a man who died while doing what he loved. Indeed I had seen this man clearly put in the outstanding effort of really turning on the juice at the Gym on the life cycle (stationary bicycle) while I was taking it slow and steady -no where near as in shape as this fellow who clearly had a good 20 years on me."
